Tribute Games Inc. collects, uses, and is responsible for certain personal information about your profile, as part of the Tribute catalogue of interactive video game software applications including Panzer Paladin, Steel Assault, Mercenary Kings, Curses n Chaos, Flinthook, Ninja Senki, Wizorb, and their companion websites (together, the “Gaming Services”).

We may also receive aggregated or de-identified information about you from other sources including Platform holders (Such as: Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, Valve, or others) who may share data with us about purchasers, including, for example, number of purchases by day and by territory, and other information in an aggregate breakdown of purchasers by gender and other general metrics. This information is made non-personally identifiable
If you have directly supplied us with your Contact Information, it is used to communicate with you about Gaming Services related issues and provide customer and technical support.

We will share your personal information if we have a good faith belief that: access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or a request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, if necessary to detect or prevent fraud, security or technical issues or to protect the rights of Tribute Games, its employees, clients, or users of the Gaming Services.

We will keep your personal information while providing you with the Gaming Services or until you request its deletion (except where a longer period is required by law). Tribute is not obliged to verify the correctness of personal provided.

We do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law. All of our Gaming Services are compliant with the “Parental Controls” options of each individual Platform holder where available.
Tribute will always provide the appropriate security measures to prevent any personal information from unauthorized access or use. Access is limited to those who have a genuine business need to know it through access controls. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Tribute has active procedures in place to address any data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
